In the MCM, there's a slider bar that sets the % chance a clan will join a faction if they meet the score criteria. So even if a clan has +100 to join a faction, if the % chance is only 10%, then they have a 10% chance daily to join (and also leave, I think).
The companion system in Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord allows you to customize almost every aspect of each companion. You can choose what weapons and armour they use, what attributes, skills and perks they will invest in, and even what role they will play in your clan between Scout, Engineer, Quartermaster, and Surgeon.

I got 99 troop limit at Clan Tier 3. When creating one ore two groups, I thought limit will raise, but it doesn´t. Is this a bug? You should have around 140-150 troops by the time you get around clan tier 4. 160-170 when you get to tier 5. Troop limit increases when you reach higher clan tiers. You should be able to increase it from high charm I believe. Not sure but it goes up for me after I fight lords and win. I always release them so I get charm for it.
